The only reason I’m giving this a 1-star review is because of the return policy—it’s extremely inconvenient. The policy only allows 1 day after receiving the product, which is far too short. Especially during holidays. I admit I should have reviewed the policy before purchasing, but this timeframe is not customer-friendly.
The shoes arrived in good condition, and the quality was as expected. They didn’t have a size 10, so I chatted with customer service, who mentioned that a 10.5 might work since the shoes run small. Prior to purchasing the shoes. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit as hoped. The shoes are definitely true to size.
I reached out not even to return the product, just to exchange it for a different color, and I was willing to pay the difference. However, they were strict about the policy and stated that the window had already closed. Customer service was responsive and helpful otherwise, but the restrictive return policy completely ruins the experience for me.

I absolutely adored my shoes! They were exactly as described and shown in the pictures. What's more, the customer service was top-notch. The seller was great at communicating with me and promptly responded to my emails. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely do business with this company again. Five stars all the way!
